Recruitment Step 2 - Pre-screening and Acknowledgement

Created by APS using applicant data report from Interfolio and sent to search committee for completion. Must be approved by APS & ODEI prior to proceeding with telephone interviews.
Recruitment Step 3 - Telephone Interviews

Customize columns based on minimum qualifications listed in the posted vacancy announcement. Submit with Form 3 for Telephone Interviews (Academic Searches).
Recruitment Step 4 - Personal Interviews
Personal Interviews are not common for Temporary Faculty searches. Skype could be an option in place of this, or Skype could be used in place of phone interviews. Search Committee Chairs should consult with their college office to confirm whether or not a campus visit is available for their temporary faculty recruitment.
