In compliance with CSU Executive Order 1031, HSU policy Executive Memorandum P09-02 requires the annual purging and disposition of business records and information, as outlined in the CSU Records Retention and Disposition Schedules. This policy covers all business related records and information, regardless of the media in which they were created including hard copy, electronic copy, email, voicemail, instant message, website content, sound recording, etc.
